Everything You Need to Know
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
To ensure maximum safety, as well as being able to dedicate time and affection to each dog - we’re only able to walk a maximum of four dogs between us.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Yes! We offer a service which is specifically designed to cater to important appointments. We will of course take your pets to the veterinarian if anything should occur, but you will be informed beforehand.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Yes - both of us have owned an array of unusual animals, we’ve both owned snakes, spiders and tarantulas and have experience in basic care for birds.
MY PET IS VERY NERVOUS - IS THIS OKAY?
Absolutely! Our own animals can be a little nervous around new people - if you’re interested in our services but are worried about how nervous they’re going to be, we can arrange a date for us to meet them with you so we’re not complete strangers.
MY DOG IS REACTIVE - CAN YOU STILL WALK THEM?
We understand that some dogs just don’t like being around other dogs, we will ensure the safety of your pet and others. Depending on the severity, it shouldn’t be an issue but please discuss with us first, allow us to meet them and we can work together on how we can be of service without endangering your pet.
WHAT’S A PET DIARY AND WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?
We offer a service for care that extends over three days, going away for a week? The diary is there to show you everything your pet has been up to, photos, appointments etcIt allows us to show you what we’ve been up to to give you reassurance
