MEET & GREET
Before agreeing to walk your pet, a preliminary meeting will take place at your home - this not only allows us to introduce ourselves, but also meet your dog, ensuring we can establish a relationship with them.

A contract will be agreed upon and signed by both parties, we may ask to walk your dog(s) too so we can understand their behaviour and mannerisms.
*Bite history and reactivity must be disclosed to us

*Urban Pets retains the rights to decline any contractual agreements upon our visit if we feel the dog is not a right fit for us. We may be able to pass you onto another business if suitable.

This service is FREE
PET SITTING
Regardless of your pet’s breed, age or behaviour, each of our services can be curated to fit their specific needs — no matter how unique.
With pet sitting, your pets will be with us all day - for dogs, if permitted, can come on our ad-hoc walks and for small pets, one of us will stay with them for the contracted hours. If your pet is happy being left (max 4 hours), we will work out the individual cost for the hours we’ve spent with them.

DOG WALKING
Our Dog Walking service allows you to make sure your pet is well taken care of, even when you’re not around. We offer this for all sizes and breeds, but can only walk four dogs each for safety reasons. we can either walk your dog in their local park, or transport them to a park of our choice.

PUPPY SOCIALISATION
We understand that getting a puppy is both an exciting yet nerve-wracking experience; especially if this is your first puppy. It's essential that puppies are socialised from as young as possible: thats where we come in!

We will take your puppy with us for short, frequent trips to a multitude of places to get them accustomed to new experiences, sounds and smells.
We will also travel in our taxed and insured pet taxi so they may get use to travelling.
We can do any of the following under your discretion:

Interacting with other dogs we walk

30 Minutes - £15 for dogs aged 6 months and under
£11 for dogs aged 6 months and over

*We cannot accept dogs with dog/people/animal aggression,but can point you in the right direction for a professional dog trainer*
HOUSE SITTING
This service not only ensures your pets are well looked after, but also that your home is kept clean and secure.

This service provides provisions such as:
Pet care
Putting mail away
Watering plants
Putting bins out
Turning off electrics
...and other provisions you may need us to do.
We will ensure your home is left clean and tidy before we depart. We use all our own cleaning products which are animal-friendly, vegan and cruelty free.

OVERNIGHT CARE
Don’t feel guilty about leaving your pet alone. Our at home pet care service gives your pet maximum care, even when you can’t be there. This should be booked in advance!

This service includes an evening and morning walk!

SCALES, FEATHERS AND SMALL ANIMALS
We also offer stop-in visits for other species, this service provides basic provisions such as water bowl changes, feeding, cleaning and play.

PET TAXI
Whether your pet(s) need to see their vet, have a grooming appointment or you're picking up your new family member, we can offer a service which allows you and your pets to travel comfortably and safely in our fully licensed and insured car!

The price of this service depends on the nature of the job, we will also charge a small fee (40p per mile) for petrol expenses out of a 10 mile radius of Guildford. Please contact us for more information on how we can assist you.
​
AT-HOME POOP PICKING
We know how disgusting it is picking up after your dog - we do it as a profession!
We can visit your home, using our own eco-friendly bags, collect and dispose of waste for you.
