Tanika and Dillon were absolutely superb with our dog Kula.. They went above and beyond to care for her with regular house visits while we were away. Kula is quite a challenging, reactive dog but they coped brilliantly taking her on regular walks and just spending time playing and having cuddles! I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Pets for complete piece of mind.. Kula absolutely adored them! (Tanika even sketched a beautiful drawing of her!

Thank you to Tanikka & Dillon who looked after my two cats, Molly & Daisy recently whilst I was on holiday. They kept in close contact with me sending me daily updates and photos of the girls which I really appreciated! Molly is an elderly cat who is high maintenance at times and they took good care of her, giving her plenty of attention, brushing her and giving her medication. I could see from the photos she was being cared for! When I got back I had a lovely surprise of a welcome home card, flowers and a drawing of the girls which was lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tanikka & Dillon and will be using their services again! Thank you!

Tanikka and Dillon looked after our cat Fizz while we were away for three days at a family wedding. We couldn't be more pleased at how well they did this. They took great care to ensure that they give Fizz exactly the care she needed and even sent us a video while we were away, showing Fizz happily playing with them. It's so good to know that we can go away when we need to, confident that Fizz will be happy and well cared for.

Thank you so much T and Dillon for house sitting our 6 dogs you done an amazing job with them and they were so loved and cared for while away, we felt like you were family to us and we could trust you with our babies and home, you looked after everything so professionally and you were reliable and honest, genuine, kind people I'm glad you were recommended to me and I'd like to recommended you to others... Will definitely be using you again in the future 100% won't use anyone else... my fur baby's had an amazing time with all their walks, baths/grooms, treats, playing with balls and love and affectation. you rescued us as we had 4 let downs before and I believe it was due to having 6 dogs but you rescued us and showed is hope for us getting away for a few nights.. xx
